After I wrote a bout of humorous (hilarious, even, if I must say so myself) fanfics for the akuroku pairing, this piece is almost out of place with how dark it is. The Demyx here isn’t the happy-go-lucky and a little silly Demyx that I usually write about, so I was a little afraid of him being OOC, but I figure, with that one scene of him going all cold and fierce on Sora, this is still pretty possible. So yeah.

Sypnosis: Axel x Demyx, implied Axel x Marluxia and Demyx x Marluxia. When Axel went after another, Demyx contemplates his feelings (or what resembles it).

Mercury Snow is my best writing and one of my more favoured ones. Plot-wise, it is very simple. It’s all about a duel, between two person, set in an alternate world that is like that of ancient chinese martial arts. I was worried about it not resembling it enough, because some things just can’t be translated easily. But I really like the way it came out in the end. It’s my most beautiful piece of writing, perhaps even prettier than the art stuff I do.

Synopsis: A battle between two people on a snowy fields. Is it for revenge… or something else?

Despite being inspired, the actual writing was slow-going. Damn, and I have no inspiration for the next chapter yet. But I think this is my best chapter yet. I love the jokes in it the most. No, not because the name of the places sound exactly like ‘roleplay’ or because of that little self-insert. =P Again, characters are created after members of RPGDreamers forum to make things more interesting. Hope that the fourth chapter can motivate itself out at a faster rate than the one I’m currently writing with.

Synopsis: Now that Monty acquired expert swordsmanship all of a sudden, what else does he lack? Directions, of course.

Due to overwhelming response, I wrote the second chapter up pretty quickly and continued making fun of a lot of them cliches. I’ve already got bits of the third chapter planned, because inspiration has been coming in tidal waves. Like in the last chapter, characters are casted by members of the RPGDreamers forum and certain things are heavily based on it.

Synopsis: Monty goes on a quest to save his sister from the evil dragon that kidnapped her, after the mayor kicked him out. Literally.

( “Okay, my sister got kidnapped by a dragon and I got thrown out of the village. So now what do I do?” )

Falling prey to the virus that contaminates some of the writers of RPGDreamers forum to write fics related to the forum or its members, I was struck by the idea of making fun of popular RPG games cliches while making it hilarious but somewhat related to the members by casting them into some of the roles. Thus this piece of completely nonsensical fun.

Synopsis: In the small Nyubee Town, a young man is about to discover that he is not what he thinks he is. Or something like that.

( It was a lovely day at Nyubee Town. Sun was shining, birds were singing, and the people were hard at work. )

I can’t really remember what I was thinking when I wrote this (no pun intended, honest). Probably sparked by where memories belong, heart soul or body. Me myself, I think the heart and soul shares equal parts, the feeling parts, while the body shares all the actual memories and stuff. But it’s complicated and I’m not even sure if it fits into the Kingdom Hearts fandom. So yeah, will a Nobody remember anything after he gets back his heart?

Synopsis: Axel x Roxas, implied Axel x Marluxia. Post KH:CoM, Axel is disturbed by Namine’s powers and betraying Marluxia, and troubled by the secret he keeps from Roxas.

I didn’t really planned to write this. I just wanted to write something in Axel’s POV and poof, the entire thing came rushing out. It is intended to lightly tease the way us fans think of him, albeit more exaggerated. But hey, I have read of quite a few fics where he does do the things I wrote that he supposedly did. Besides, this is the Axel as I see it. Except he came out a bit like an idiot, for some reason. No matter, I still love him. xD

Synopsis: Axel x Roxas. Axel finally decided enough is enough and sends an email to his fanclubs.

Written as birthday fic to my dear fellow Akuroku fan and RPGDreamers member, Alazuli. ^^ It’s actually an Akuroku fic, but from Demyx’s view. I like Demyx. The first time I laid eyes on him, I thought he’s pretty cool, even his sitar! I didn’t quite expect him to be quite the white (maybe gray?) sheep of the Organization but still, it just makes him all the more adorable. I didn’t expect to pair him with Marluxia too. Of all people. I read that XigDem is really popular, but I can’t get Xigbar’s ‘feel’ to write him. Strangely, I can for Marly.

Synopsis: Axel x Roxas, Marluxia x Demyx. When Demyx went in search for Axel and Roxas for Xemnas, he chances upon something…

( Demyx knew that if there is a god or something similar, that being must not liked him very much. )

A fic for the dA Akuroku club’s contest. The theme is a phrase to be included, which has Axel begging Roxas for something. That and the wonderful Tseecka who runs the club gave me a challenge to do a fic involving ice-cream. I have wondered a lot about sea-salt ice-cream, because I’m used to ice-cream being sweet, unless it’s that uber pure droolicious chocolate ice-cream I love, but it is only slightly bitter. Sea-salt ice-cream would almost has to be salty, wouldn’t it?

Synopsis: Axel x Roxas. The weather is hot, even for Axel, so he and Roxas find ways to cool down.

My first Akuroku fanfic! Yay! Though this is pretty much a short drabble rather than a fic, and has more of a FFVII scent (since I was binging on a certain redhead related fics). But still, it’s a first step towards something. I’m not sure what, that is. I wrote it to enter the dA Akuroku contest for cosplay related deviations. It’s a first time I’m actually interested (and inspired) enough to join something like that, so it’s quite a lot of fun.
