This one is part of the Falling Darkness set of plot so it’s pretty dark. Like… bloodshed, madness, pain, that kind of dark. I’m wondering if I’m really a fan of torturing characters (mostly original ones) I like. It seems to happen a lot. Riel is really a poor thing. And it’s all my fault.

I wasn’t sure about still posting this one chapter of a fic I won’t ever continue but it’s part of a fond memory of the first roleplay I have participated in, so yeah. It’s a sequel thingy for my characters, since I made something really big and really bad happened to one of them and screwed them all over. The roleplay was based on the anime Gatekeepers, and our chars are referred to as Neo-Gatekeepers. If this fic is confusing, it’s because it really wasn’t meant to be read by people who didn’t participate in the roleplay, so I didn’t lead into the plot gently.

‘Falling Darkness’ is set in the world of Memoira, which I created for a roleplay. I quite like that world, because it has a lot of space for further development. The time setting is during the most major war, Blood Nights War, and just before the extinction of the faeries. This one is about what happened to the ruling Shining Triangle of the faeries, made up of the Mother Purest and her two aides, the Left Hand of Brightnss and Right Hand of Light.

The focus is on the one bearing the name and title of Hikariel, the Right Hand, and yes, this fic is yaoi. Genre is dark, yaoi, torture, angst, deathfic. All of my favorite. ^^ Most probably will be a one-shot fic, but probably quite a long one-shot fic. However, I’m having the problem of being not very satisfied with it and wanting to re-write. If I could get the story set the way I want it, that would be great.

I visited the Weekly Drabble Challenge thread I have planted in Dreamers and left it alone while it was blooming, and posted a new topic. Since I’m feeling quite fine right now, I decided to write a drabble based on the theme ‘the rain fell against my face’ and thus this little thing came out. The thing is, this thingy here can be attached to one of my stories, but it’s spoiler-y, so I won’t name anything at all.

I had been having a scene of medieval battleground in my head for sometime. A roleplay spawned from it but somehow veered off on its own and was not completed. And the scene came back to haunt me. So I decided to write it down. It sounds something a little like Lord of the Ring and Diablo (the game), maybe because they are my main fancy medieval inspiration.

( The thirty-six stone towers glowed an intense burning red, and the spell was unleashed. )

I don’t know what got into me to write this. Even I myself got shivers from reading it. Brr…

( Why? Why do you look at me so? All sharp and cold? )

Some time ago I joined a vampire roleplay at another roleplay site and created two characters for it. Kuroryu is one of them, and this is what happened to him in the past (if the roleplay timeline is the ‘now’) and thus the reason why he goes by another name in the present. He is that type of gentle Vampire Chronicles’s Louis type of person that has experienced a large amount of darkness.

Synopsis: Sometimes, the thing you most want to escape from will come back to haunt you now and then.

( To him, time had stopped at that moment. Or rather, time froze. )

Honestly, I have no idea why I wrote this and if I’m ever going to continue it. I think this piece may even qualify as prologue because it’s quite short. But it’s a pretty hilarious image of a guy being caught in the most embarrassing situations over and over again and prompted me to write this. Me thinks it has the potential of being made into a very humorous anime, haha.

Synopsis: A desperate teen approaches his friend with a situation involving spirits, marbles, and mis-matched relationships.

( Let me say this first. I am absolutely sane. )

Despite being inspired, the actual writing was slow-going. Damn, and I have no inspiration for the next chapter yet. But I think this is my best chapter yet. I love the jokes in it the most. No, not because the name of the places sound exactly like ‘roleplay’ or because of that little self-insert. =P Again, characters are created after members of RPGDreamers forum to make things more interesting. Hope that the fourth chapter can motivate itself out at a faster rate than the one I’m currently writing with.

Synopsis: Now that Monty acquired expert swordsmanship all of a sudden, what else does he lack? Directions, of course.

Due to overwhelming response, I wrote the second chapter up pretty quickly and continued making fun of a lot of them cliches. I’ve already got bits of the third chapter planned, because inspiration has been coming in tidal waves. Like in the last chapter, characters are casted by members of the RPGDreamers forum and certain things are heavily based on it.

Synopsis: Monty goes on a quest to save his sister from the evil dragon that kidnapped her, after the mayor kicked him out. Literally.
