Peace
Another poem. I’m gonna post all of those I have written here in one go. Was going to do that when I posted Night, but I forgot. This one is a change from that dreary atmosphere of my first two poems.

Pines tickled my fingers
As my palm descends.
A hushed giggle escapes
Like a windy dance.Strolling over the terrain
Around the ebony shrubs
To the twin wells of light
Where heavy cloth shrouds.Over the hill I climbed
One that’s not so high.
There I slowly paced
Where the cotton lie.Came warmth and rumble
Underneath where I was.
And I let loose a chuckle
As my boyfriend snores.
